Textures
Perfect textures for your 3D printed parts, with Substance and HP and VDI 3400
Together with our experts, you select the desired texture pattern for your components. With our powerful → 4D_Additive software, the textures become visible as 3D contours on your model within a few seconds - and can be printed directly. This exclusive service is free of charge as part of the print order.
Simply send us your 3D data - in any common format - and we will provide you with an attractive quote!

Lattice
Lightweight designs and damping
Work with our experts to select the right lattice structures for your components from over 20 templates. With our → 4D_Additve software, complex lattices are created on the component in seconds as internal or external structures. This service is free of charge as part of a print order, even if only one component is ordered!

3D Scans
Scanning and printing
With our → 4D_Additve software, the scans from our Keyence scanner are converted into watertight volumes in seconds and can be printed immediately. This eliminates the otherwise often very time-consuming repair of scanned STL data. Due to the automated repair, there are usually no additional costs for the repair process of the scan data.

PA12
HP 4200 Multijet Fusion Technology
HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is an industrial 3D printing process that works with powder materials. It is based on the selective application of fusing and detailing agents, which are then fused with infrared light. In contrast to laser sintering, the heating takes place on the complete surface of each layer, which ensures high speed and precision.

Layer thickness: 80 micrometers = 0.08 mm
High level of detail and dimensional accuracy
Bio compatible
Dimensional tolerances: ±0.2 mm or ±0.2%
Good overall chemical resistance
Pressure resistant and paintable
“Isotropic” mechanical properties in all loading directions
Smooth surfaces and generally good reworkability
High durability, strength as well as stiffness
TPU
Weirather WLS 3232 SLS
In the SLS process, plastic powder such as PA 12 and TPU is applied in layers and fused with pinpoint accuracy using a laser. We use high-quality and extremely resilient TPU-02-BK from AM Polymers, which is pressure-tight up to 5 bar. We can also use grid structures and textures to produce components with damping properties and a unique look and feel.

Complex structures are possible to be successfully realized
Series production of small to medium quantities are possible
No support structures required
Commonly used for seals and hoses in cars, as well as for grippers and durable shoe soles
Extraordinary mechanical properties
TPU Shore A hardness up to 82, elongation at break XY 500% and Z 300%
